It was established July 1st, 2020, as an in-home small fitness studio to train a handful of women in the immediate area.  SWT Fitness was determined to provide a first-class exercise environment that was fun, friendly, upbeat, welcoming as well as challenging and results oriented.  SWT is becoming the fastest growing woman’s gym in the area!
