SWT Fitness “Sistas Work Together”, is a fitness studio, which exclusively caters to and enthusiastically promotes woman’s fitness needs.  SWT’s mission is to guide you towards a healthier and younger feeling you! SWT’s sessions will provide, weight loss, strength, energy & confidence! You will feel better, sleep better, and improve your overall well-being.  You will be surrounded by a sense of community, and sisterhood.  As of 2025, SWT will encourage members husbands to join select classes.
